Boone is a strategy and legal executive with a passion for innovative products and technologies.
Previous:
He has deep experience in executive leadership roles building and managing high performing teams, including, most recently, as Co-Founder and General Counsel of Fair Financial, where he raised over $500M of equity capital and more than $1B of debt capital, and as Corporate Counsel at TrueCar where he helped navigate the organization through their IPO. Boone has a J.D. and B.A. from the University of Kentucky.
